Mail-in Services


To use our Mail-in services just follow these easy instructions.


1. Prepare Your Frames

Be certain to properly protect your glasses for shipping, our suggestions are:

• Wrap your frames with a cleaning cloth or tissue.
• Place the frames into one of your hard case protectors or wrap them with bubble wrap.
• Ship the protected frames in a small box or padded envelope.

2. Enclose Customer Information

• Name
• Shipping address
• Day-time phone #
• E-mail address

3. Shipping Options

• When sending your frames through your preferred carrier, we recommend that you send them certified and insured properly as we can not be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Repair Assessment and Approval

• Upon receipt of your frames, we will contact you to discuss the repairs, quote the price, and obtain your approval to do the work.

5. Payment Options

• You may pay by Visa or Mastercard or by mailing us a check or money order. Once we have received payment, we will promptly send the repaired frames back to you the same day.
